As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be in charge of or participate in full-cycle recruitment processes, including working with different stakeholders to define recruitment needs, creating and posting job ads on suitable platforms, sourcing and selecting suitable candidates, coordinating tests, joining interviews, negotiating offers and consulting stakeholders.
- Proactively propose and implement new ideas or initiatives to improve recruitment processes and meet targets in terms of quantity and quality.
- Participate and/or lead internal programs/projects/events aiming at efficient hiring (Employee Referral Program, workshop, talk show, etc.).
- Lead and/or participate in recruitment events (company tours, internship programs, contests, etc.) in collaboration with the Communication team.
- Continuously expand talent pool and network development.
- Execute administrative tasks related to the team's budget and expenses, vendor contracts and payments, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors.
