- Create and integrate high-quality rigs for various game assets (characters, creatures, environment, etc.) in Maya and 3ds Max for game engine compatibility.
- Act as a bridge among Animators and various game teams to develop engaging gameplay animation system, best practices and on-time delivery.
- Debug issues and advocate for best animation practices.
- Design, maintain and troubleshoot animation tools and adapt animation pipelines considering project's technical constraint.
- Inspire, coach animators and provide technical assistance when needed, while ensuring the accuracy of task status reporting.
