We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator for our Bucharest Studio!
As an Office Administrator, you will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Office Administrator responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the landlord/owner of the building and promptly address issues;
- Ensure communication with third parties when needed;
- Coordinate activities/exercises related to PSI and SSM;
- Manage building access, keys, and security protocol for employees and visitors;
- Coordinate office repairs, maintenance and improvements to ensure a functional work environment;
- Oversee facility-related matters, such as utility services, security, parking, waste management;
- Supervising administrative staff (receptionists, cleaning staff) and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance;
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
- Submit timely reports, as assigned.
